For a delivery hire, the minimum hire period is three days (two nights) and for a tow-hire it is longer, typically one week but this is negotiable depending on experience and demand.

We are flexible with pick-up times and they are set by negotiation. We have had people collect caravans for hire as early as 8am but we would expect a van to be returned in daylight hours. For caravan park deliveries, we try hard to fit in with your travel plans and even have things set up prior to your arrival. This can depend on other commitments but we usually can accommodate your requests.

All of our caravans have electric brakes on each wheel which require an electric brake signal, other than your stop-lights, to operate. This can be provided by a vehicle’s brake controller, an optional extra usually mounted near the steering wheel. This device automatically applies the caravan brakes whenever the brake pedal is depressed and also has adjustment so the driver can change how strongly the brakes work. If your vehicle does not have the controller installed, we have a bluetooth brake controller for hire as an extra – so long as your vehicle can handle the weight of the caravan, this makes your towing setup fully compliant.

Included in every caravan is a full set of crockery and cutlery including cups and mugs, a small set of cookware (pots, pans, cutting boards etc) as well as items to keep the caravan clean and tidy – bin liners, cleaning products and cloths. We also include hand-towels and tea-towels. You will find salt, pepper, sauce and cooking oil in the kitchen as well as other consumables such as cling-wrap. We provide tea, coffee and sugar. As far as bedding goes, we provide each mattress with a fitted sheet so you need to provide or hire all bedding other than that. Extras you might want to think about are outside table and chairs, esky for ice-cold drinks and sporting goods such as a kayak. These are all listed as extras when you make a booking.

We will consider a request for your pet to accompany you in any van, but we will consider the size and expected behaviour of the animal before we approve the hire. In no cases would a pet be allowed on any of the soft furnishings (seats or beds).
